Odoo Experts

Most ERP websites describe a company. This page names people — what each one specialises in, how long they have done it, and which problems to bring them.

If you are evaluating partners, this is the page worth comparing: ask anyone you are considering to show you who will actually be on your project.

What we solve

What can Odoo experts help you solve?

The seven problems businesses most often bring us, and who on the team owns each one.

Business process & Odoo fit

Whether Odoo suits how you actually operate, and where your process should change rather than the software. Functional — Arun Kumar.

Process fit

Configuration & workflow gaps

Settings decided once at go-live and never revisited, approval chains that do not match reality, and stages nobody uses. Functional — Arun Kumar.

Configuration

Customization decisions

For each gap: configure, buy an app, change the process, or build — with the cost and the upgrade consequence of each. Architecture — Suresh Babu.

Build vs buy

Integration & data flow issues

Systems that drifted apart, syncs that fail silently, and arguments about which system is right. Technical — Karthik Raj.

Integration

Migration & upgrade risks

How far behind you are, what your custom modules cost to carry forward, and whether upgrading or reimplementing is cheaper. Technical — Karthik Raj.

Upgrade

Reporting & operational gaps

Why the numbers managers need are not in the system, and what has to change in configuration or data entry. Functional — Arun Kumar.

Reporting

Existing Odoo system review

A full read of a system you inherited: custom modules, failing scheduled actions, unused licences, security gaps. All three.

New or existing

Odoo experts for new and existing systems

The two situations are genuinely different pieces of work, and they start differently.

Starting a new Odoo project

We begin with your process, not with a module list: what breaks today, which applications are genuinely in phase one, what your data looks like, and whether Odoo is the right answer at all. The output is a written scope you own. See Odoo ERP implementation.

Process firstWritten scopePhased

Improving an existing Odoo system

We begin with a health check: restore your backup, inventory the custom modules, list the scheduled actions that are failing silently, and measure how far behind the current version you are. Most findings are fixable through configuration, not development. See support & maintenance.

Why us

Why work with OdooBots Odoo experts

Our functional and technical people sit on the same projects, so a recommendation always carries its technical consequence and a build decision always carries its process consequence. That is the gap most ERP projects fall into.

FAQ

Odoo experts: frequently asked questions

What is an Odoo expert?
Someone who works on Odoo specifically rather than on ERP in general — who knows the framework, the configuration options, the upgrade rules and the places Odoo does not fit. Our experts are split into functional, technical and solution architecture, because those are genuinely different skills.
Will I know who is working on my project?
Yes. The consultant leading your project is named before you sign, along with their specialism and experience. If you are comparing partners, ask all of them this question.
Do I need a functional or a technical expert?
If your question is about process, configuration, module selection or reporting, you need functional. If it is about custom code, integration design, performance or upgrade risk, you need technical. If you are not sure, that itself is usually an architecture question.
Can your experts review an Odoo system someone else built?
Yes. A review typically finds configuration set once and never revisited, modules nobody uses that are still licensed, scheduled actions failing silently, and custom code that will not survive an upgrade. You get the findings whether or not you engage us afterwards.
Which Odoo versions do your experts work on?
Odoo 16 through 19, Community and Enterprise, including systems several versions behind where the first question is whether to upgrade or stay put for another cycle.

Bring a real problem, not a brief

Describe what is actually breaking and we will tell you which of our experts should answer it — and whether it needs configuration, code or a decision you have to make internally first.
