Faster ERP performance
Odoo workers, PostgreSQL memory settings and request limits tuned to your actual usage, then revisited as your transaction volume grows.
Managed hosting means the operational work is not yours: patching, backups and their restore tests, monitoring, worker tuning, deployment and the 2am alert all sit with us.
This is the right choice when you have no in-house infrastructure team, or have one whose time is worth more than Linux maintenance.
Businesses whose Odoo infrastructure we operate
Managed Odoo hosting is infrastructure plus the operational work of keeping it healthy. Unmanaged hosting gives you a server and a login; managed hosting adds OS and security patching, Odoo and PostgreSQL tuning, automated backups with restore testing, continuous monitoring with alerting, and deployment of your custom modules through a staging environment. The difference is not the hardware — it is who is accountable at 2am.
The honest comparison is not cost per month against a bare VPS. It is cost per month against the hours your own team would spend, plus the cost of the first outage nobody was watching for.
Everything below is part of the plan, not an upsell discovered later.
Odoo workers, PostgreSQL memory settings and request limits tuned to your actual usage, then revisited as your transaction volume grows.
Tenant isolation, hardened access, locked database manager, OS and security patching applied on a schedule rather than when something forces it.
No Linux maintenance, no backup scripts to babysit, no 2am escalation for your team. The work still happens; it is simply not yours.
Encrypted automated backups with periodic restore testing and a documented recovery path, so the plan has been proven rather than assumed.
Availability, worker health, disk headroom, database growth and mail queue depth, alerting us directly so problems are handled before you notice them.
Staging environments and Git-based deployment, so a custom module is tested and reversible instead of edited on production.
Managed is an unregulated word. Ask these of us and of anyone you are comparing.
Not “do you take backups”. Ask for the date of the last actual restore and ask to watch one. This question finds more real problems than any other.
An Odoo backup is the database plus the filestore, consistent with each other. A database-only backup restores without a single attachment.
If alerts go to a dashboard rather than a person, nothing is being monitored. Ask who is paged and in what hours.
From version control through a staging build. Editing files on production is not deployment and cannot be reversed cleanly.
Security patching should happen on a schedule you can see, not when an incident forces it.
You should be able to take a full database and filestore dump whenever you want, without asking. If not, you do not really own your system.
Two cases where we would tell you to buy something else.
If you have an infrastructure team with on-call cover and database experience, an unmanaged VPS gives you control and costs less. We would rather help you set it up correctly once.
If standard Odoo with configuration covers you entirely, Odoo Online is simpler than any managed arrangement, including ours.
The same published plans across our hosting. Management is included at every tier, not reserved for the top one.
The team that manages the infrastructure also supports the Odoo running on it. That removes the most tiresome conversation in ERP hosting — whether a problem belongs to the server vendor or the software vendor.
Platform behaviour described here follows Odoo’s own documentation.
Tell us your user count, database size and whether you run custom modules. We will tell you which plan fits and what moving your existing Odoo across involves.
